Soak for 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Full Bath: Add 2 oz. (one quarter the contents) to a hot bath. Relax in the water for 15 to 20 minutes. A brief cold shower to finish is highly recommended. Then dry with a rough towel and keep warm for best results.
