Primary Vaccination: Two (2) Doses Should Be Administered Three (3) To Four (4) Weeks Apart. In Puppies Maternal Antibodies May Interfere With Development Of An Adequate Immune Response. Although Maternal Antibodies To Cpv Decline At A Constant Rate, The Age At Which They Drop Below Interference Levels Varies With The Amount Of Antibodies Absorbed From Colostrum. Maternal Antibody Interference May Persist Through 16 Weeks Of Age.
